1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PetGroove ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
PetGroove is an AI-powered video generation service that creates dancing videos of pets. We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
3.1 Trial Subscription
We offer a 3-day trial subscription for $0.59 (or equivalent in your local currency). By subscribing to the trial, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew to the Weekly subscription plan after 3 days at the then-current weekly rate ($7.99 USD or equivalent in your local currency). The trial provides you with 100 coins (1 video generation) to try our service. If you do not wish to continue with the subscription, you must cancel before the trial period ends. 3.2 Weekly Subscription
The Weekly subscription plan costs $7.99 per week (or equivalent in your local currency) and provides 1,000 coins (10 video generations) per week. Subscriptions automatically renew weekly unless cancelled.
3.3 Annual Subscription
The Annual subscription plan costs $69.99 per year (or equivalent in your local currency) and provides 9,000 coins (90 video generations) upfront. Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled.
3.4 Payment Authorization
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information and confirming your subscription, you hereby authorize PetGroove, its payment processors, and designated financial institutions to charge the payment method you provide for the initial subscription fee and all subsequent recurring charges associated with your selected subscription plan. This authorization extends to all future payments required to maintain your subscription service, including but not limited to weekly or annual renewal fees, applicable taxes, and any additional charges that may be incurred in connection with your use of the service.
Prices are displayed in USD and may vary based on your location and currency. All charges will be processed in the currency displayed at checkout.
3.5 Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of your current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew for subsequent periods at the then-current subscription rate. You are responsible for all charges incurred until you successfully cancel your subscription. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice, and continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing structure. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in service suspension or termination.
3.6 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support at support@petgroove.app. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
3.7 Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within 7 days of purchase, please contact us at support@petgroove.app for a full refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. In the event of a billing dispute, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge date.
4. Coins and Video Generation
Each video generation requires 100 coins. Coins are provided based on your subscription plan:
- Trial: 100 coins (1 generation)
- Weekly: 1,000 coins (10 generations) renewed weekly
- Annual: 9,000 coins (90 generations) provided upfront
Unused coins do not roll over between billing periods for Weekly subscriptions. Annual subscriptions provide all coins upfront and they do not expire during the subscription period.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to the images and videos you upload to PetGroove. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our service. Generated videos belong to you and may be downloaded and used at your discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that violates any laws or regulations
- Upload content that infringes on the rights of others
- Upload inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our service
- Use automated systems to access our service
7. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. PetGroove reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not liable for any service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss. We may update, change, or remove features, functionality, or content at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified service.
8. Data and Privacy
By using PetGroove, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information, payment data, and user-generated content as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes but is not limited to your name, email address, payment information, uploaded images, generated videos, and usage analytics. We may share certain information with third-party service providers, including payment processors, cloud storage providers, and analytics services, as necessary to provide and improve the service. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PetGroove, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service, unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, or any other matter relating to the service, regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to your subscription, payment, or use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PetGroove operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Age and Authority
By using PetGroove and subscribing to our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service. If you are subscribing on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
